To replace the radio in a Mercedes Vito, use a tool to pry off the trim surrounding the device and remove the side air vents. Once all these elements are removed, loosen the screws underneath to extract the radio.

Disconnect the connectors at the back to remove the old radio from its place, then connect the new one. Secure the new radio with screws, and reposition the trim and air vents.
