In this tutorial we can see how to replace the serpentine belt in the Mercedes M-Class, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, we wait for the engine to be cold enough to operate safely, then we open the hood and remove the upper plastic cover. We then locate the belt in question, located in the front area of the engine, and remove it by cutting it. At this point, we position the replacement belt following the indicated pattern, grip the tensioner with a 17mm socket wrench and, pulling it inward, hook the belt onto it.
