After adjusting the tyre pressures on the Mercedes M-Class, you need to reset the TPMS light. To perform the reset, switch on the instrument cluster and press the right arrow button to access the settings menu.

Use the up or down arrow buttons to scroll through the menu options until you select the one for tyre pressure. Once you have selected "tyre pressure", perform the reset of the light.

Then return to the main menu using the BACK button and restart the instrument cluster to complete the operation.
