How to Replace the Door Speakers on a Mercedes Sprinter

Learn how to replace the speakers located in the door panel of a Mercedes Vito. Before starting disassembly, disconnect the battery terminals. Begin disassembly: use a trim tool to remove the plastic cover of the handle (inner side), then, using a screwdriver, unscrew the fastening screws on the plastic panel (if present). Once all screws are removed, use the trim tool to detach all the plastic clips securing the door. Pull the door panel away with your hands, disconnect any power connectors and release cables. Unscrew the speaker fastening screws and remove the speaker from the door, routing any wiring under the vehicle's interior plastics. Finally, reassemble all parts with the new speaker.
