In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the front speakers in a Mercedes Sprinter van, a very simple operation but requiring the removal of the door panel. First, ensure the key is not in the ignition, then remove the three indicated covers using a plastic trim tool.

Next, unscrew all the screws securing the panel, remove the window switch console, and separate everything from the door. At this point, remove the screws from the speaker, disconnect the relevant wires, and fit the replacement by following the reverse procedure.
