How do you reset the Service indicator light on the Mercedes B-Class?

To completely remove the Service light from the instrument panel of the Mercedes Class B, you will need to turn on the car's instrument panel by turning the key inside the ignition block: once the instrument panel is turned on, you can press the button located on the left side of the panel to access the menu and then navigate within it with the arrows on the left side of the steering wheel. You will need to select the "Service" option and then "Reset": this will bring up a confirmation message, to which you will need to respond with "Yes" in order to make the light disappear completely.
