How do you reset the Service light on the Mercedes C-Class?

The reset of the Service light that appears on the instrument cluster of the Mercedes C-Class can be performed by turning on the instrument cluster, turning the key in the ignition switch: once the cluster is turned on, you can scroll through the menu with the directional controls on the left side of the steering wheel, until the icon with the English keys is displayed. At this point, you will need to hold down the button on the left side of the instrument cluster until the light disappears completely; at the end of the procedure, you can turn off the instrument cluster.
