How do you reset the automatic gearbox of the Mercedes C-Class?

In order to reset the automatic gearbox of the Mercedes C-Class, you will need to turn on the instrument panel by turning the key in its ignition switch: once the instrument panel is turned on, you will need to hold down the accelerator pedal for about twenty seconds. After this interval of time, you will need to release the accelerator pedal and then turn off the instrument panel. Once it is turned on again, you can verify that the automatic gearbox of the car has been correctly reset.
