How to replace the battery of the Mercedes C-Class

Today we will explain how to replace the battery of the Mercedes C-Class model W204 produced from 2007 to 2013. To perform the battery replacement, we need to open the front hood and remove the battery cover, releasing it from the three clips on the three sides. After removing the cover, we can disconnect the negative terminal from the battery and using a key with a 13 mm insert, remove the nut on the bracket that secures the battery. Disconnect the positive terminal from the battery and proceed with the removal. Insert the new battery that must have the same voltage as the previous one and connect the positive terminal. Screw the nut on the bracket to secure the battery and connect the negative terminal. Close the battery cover and close the front hood to start the vehicle and test the battery operation.
