How to Replace the Battery in a Mercedes E-Class

To perform the battery replacement in a Mercedes E-Class, first, open the hood. The battery is located in the upper left area. After removing the plastic air intake cover, you can see the battery itself. Using the appropriate wrench, first, loosen the bolts securing the connections to the battery terminals, and then, after moving any obstructing elements, loosen the bolts that secure the battery in its tray. At this point, you can remove the battery from its position and replace it with the new one. Proceed to secure it in place by reversing the steps you followed earlier. And that's it.
