How to Remove the Door Panel of the Mercedes W203

Model: Mercedes Classe C W203 - Years 2000-2007

This article shows you how to remove the door panel of the Mercedes C-Class W203. You will need a T25 Torx screwdriver and a flathead screwdriver for this operation. First, remove the front part of the handle by prying at the bottom of the handle. Once the cover is removed, take out the 2 screws using the T25 Torx screwdriver. After removing the 2 screws, also remove the screw located on the side of the door as shown in the video tutorial. Then, use a plastic trim tool or the flathead screwdriver to pry and pull the trim towards you. At this point, also remove the upper plastic piece and disconnect the connector. Once the upper part is removed, take off the panel, being careful with the connectors. Disconnect the connectors and completely remove the door panel. Now the procedure is complete.
