In this brief guide, you will find instructions to remove and replace the door lock mechanism on the front door of a Mercedes C-Class W203. First, open the front door and start by removing the door panel, prying it off from the sides; then disconnect the various electrical connectors located at the back, as well as the handle cable.

At this point, disconnect the indicated electrical connector for the electronic lock and remove the clip holding the wires; now, unscrew the side screws of the lock to remove it, using a T30 Torx wrench!
