How to Reset the Service Light on the Mercedes Class B?

Model: Mercedes Classe B W245, MK 1 - Years 2005-2011

From the instrument cluster of the Mercedes Class B, you can completely erase the Service light by turning on the ignition, inserting the appropriate key into the corresponding ignition switch: once the instrument cluster is activated, you can press the button on the left side of the cluster to access the menu and navigate within it using the arrows on the left side of the steering wheel. Now select the "Service" option and then "Reset": this will display a confirmation message, to which you must respond with "Yes" to ensure that the light is cleared.
