Let's see how to reset the service light on a 2022 Mercedes GLE: turn on the ignition, then press and hold the "back" and "ok" buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds. Release the button: this will take you into "workshop" mode. Scroll down to select "assyst plus"; select "full service" and confirm "service". You will be asked to confirm the type of oil you used. For "service performed," respond by selecting "yes," then scroll and select "confirm." The message should disappear at this point. Verify by starting the engine to check that the light has turned off.
