How to Reset the Service Light on a Mercedes C180

This article explains how to reset the service light on a Mercedes C180 if it remains on after the service has been performed. To reset the light, first, turn on the instrument cluster without starting the engine. Then, press and hold the phone button and the OK button simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the menu appears on the display. Release the buttons and use the navigation buttons to scroll to the ASSYST PLUS option. Select it, confirm the type of oil used, and then confirm the reset. Wait for the procedure to complete and restart the instrument cluster. The procedure will now be complete, and the light will be reset.
