In this guide, you will find the main instructions on how to remove and replace the water pump on the Mercedes A-Class. First, open the hood of the vehicle and start by removing the air filter box, disconnecting the intake hose. Then, locate the water pump situated at the lower left of the engine compartment, removing the coolant reservoir and the engine mount as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the serpentine belt connected to the water pump pulley; unscrew the pump bolts to remove it, replacing it with the new original one.
