How to Reset the Service Light on a Mercedes A-Class (also C and E)

Learn how to reset the service light on a Mercedes A-Class (also C and E): turn on the ignition and use the up/down buttons located on the left side of the steering wheel. Look for the "service" option on the instrument cluster and confirm with "ok". Here comes the critical step mentioned in the video; press and hold the "back" button for about 3 seconds and then immediately press the "ok" button: a dialog box will appear asking "Do you want to reset the service items?" After that, the system will show what you are about to reset (for example: "engine oil service") confirm. Turn off the car and then restart to check if the light has actually turned off.
