Let's look at the layout of the fuse boxes within the Mercedes M Class W166: the first box is located in the thickness of the dashboard on the passenger side (for left-hand drive models). There is a handle to open it by pulling it to the right. A second box is also inside the cabin, under the right rear seat: you will need to lift it using the levers located on the outer side, and underneath you will find the box with the fuses and relays. Still in the cabin, there is a third box located in the footwell of the front passenger, next to the secondary battery; in the engine compartment, there is a fourth box, also on the right side of the vehicle, in a rectangular box that opens by lifting clips.
