To reset the service light on a Mercedes Citan, get in the vehicle, insert the key, and turn the ignition to the "ON" position without starting the engine. Use the controls on the dashboard to access the maintenance menu until you see the service information.

Press and hold the selection button until you enter the reset mode. Select the maintenance option and confirm the reset by holding the button until the system registers the reset.

Turn off the ignition and turn it back on to check that the light is no longer present on the display.
