How to Remove the Exterior Lock on a Mercedes A-Class Door

In this guide, remove the exterior lock on a Mercedes A-Class door. Insert a metal key into the slot on the door panel (remove the rubber plugs). Pull the lock out of the door, then detach the handle from the door panel. Compare it with the new handle and prepare for installation. Insert the handle with the new lock and its cover into the door. Finally, test the correct installation and operation of the handle and lock by manually operating it (close the door and lock).
