Is the thermostat of our Mercedes Vito damaged? Let's see how it disassembles and changes. Unscrew the pins on the cap of the thermostat sleeve (as in the video) with a socket wrench with relative bushes, remove all the sleeves from the clamps. Remove the thermostat from its seat (disconnect the electrical terminals). Once the piece has been removed, replace it with a new one, connect the various pipes, tighten the locking pins well with all its parts. Make sure you have correctly inserted and mounted the thermostat in the appropriate housing, top up with new liquid if necessary. We start the car and check the operation.
