Removing the display of the radio and navigation system of the third generation Mercedes A-Class (chassis W 176) is very simple: the display looks like a real tablet, located in the center of the dashboard; at the back of the display, there are two caps that, when opened, provide access to the two mounting screws; once the screws are removed, slide the display upward to detach it, and finally disconnect the power connector and GPS antenna; then detach the trim around the support and unscrew the mounting screws of the support itself; to detach and remove the air vents, it is recommended to use an electrical wire to insert and fold inside the vent to pull and release it.
