Mercedes Classe B - Video tutorial

Model: Mercedes Classe B MK 2, W246 - Years 2011-2019
Part: Key
Operation: Mercedes B-Class key / remote control battery replacement

As usual, the replacement of the battery of the key / remote control of the Mercedes B-Class (as well as for the key of any car), is a relatively simple operation. Let's see how to proceed. Let's start by removing the real metal key from its seat, simply by holding down the small safety lock and, at the same time, pulling out the key. At this point, we use a slotted screwdriver to unlock the mechanism that holds the cover (the one without the car manufacturer's emblem) of the key / remote control in its position and thus have access to the battery. We proceed to replace with the new one and reassemble everything. The operation is valid for the key / remote control of all Mercedes cars.

Fiat Ducato 2.8 JTD gearbox oil replacement

Let's see in this guide the main steps to be able to change the transmission oil of the second series Fiat Ducato, with 2.8 JTD engine. First of all we lift the car and go to locate the gear oil vent bolt, which we find near the transmission; we use a hex wrench to unscrew it, letting it drain the old oil in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we open the bonnet and remove the air intake sleeve, so as to be able to access the gearbox oil filling hole; then we fill up to the maximum level!
