Replacing the instrument cluster bulbs? Let's see how to remove the instrument cluster from a Mercedes C. Unscrew the retaining screws of the instrument cluster with a screwdriver. After removing the screws, pull the piece out from the dashboard and disconnect the various power cable connectors. Install a new piece or replace the LEDs/bulbs in the cluster, then reassemble it. Connect all the electrical connectors to the instrument cluster, place them in the designated area for the instrumentation. Secure the instrument cluster and screw in the retaining screws on the sides. Start the car and check if the lighting works.
