How to remove the instrument cluster from a Mercedes CLK

Model: Mercedes Clk W209, A209, C209 - Years 2002-2010

Before you can start, sit in the driver's seat of your Mercedes CLK. Using a small flathead screwdriver, begin by releasing the two clips that secure the instrument cluster. To release these clips, simply insert the tip of the screwdriver into the two front holes of the instrument panel. Once you have released the two clips, proceed to extract the instrument cluster from its housing. At this point, to complete the removal, simply disconnect the rear plugs, and you will have finished disassembly. To install the new instrument cluster, just follow these steps in reverse, and you will have successfully completed the replacement.
