Before we can start, we will have to go and sit on the driver's seat of our Mercedes E-Class. Let's start then by going to disengage the instrument panel from its housing, using a flat screwdriver and prying along the sides. By doing so, we will have cleared the instrument panel from the dashboard. We then proceed by going to extract the instrument panel from its housing. At this point, we will have to go and disconnect the electrical connectors that operate the instrument panel. When we have completed this last step, we will be able to completely remove the instrument panel, and we will have successfully completed the disassembly.

How do you open the fuel flap of the Volkswagen Golf 5?
