Repairing Sun Visor on Mercedes S-Class W220

Model: Mercedes Classe S MK 4, W220 - Years 1999-2005

In today's video, you will learn how to remove and repair the sun visor on a Mercedes S-Class W220; this procedure can be applied to most vehicles on the market. Start by removing the sun visor; get inside the car and use a plastic trim tool to take off the plastic cover of the bracket, allowing you to unscrew the mounting screws underneath. At this point, remove the sun visor and pull out the internal metal rod; then apply silicone paste and reinsert the rod back into the visor. Finally, reinstall it and check its functionality!
