Mass Air Flow Sensor Replacement on Mercedes SLK R170

Model: Mercedes Slk R170, MK 1 - Years 1997-2004

At the beginning of the video, you can check the code for the required mass air flow sensor. To replace the part, you will need a small flat-head screwdriver. Lift the bonnet and place the appropriate support rod. First, remove the air filter box: it is secured by four simple clips (two on the air duct) that you can open by hand. Once the filter box cover is removed, disconnect the air duct connector. Then, unscrew the screw holding the clamp and you can extract the section of the pipe containing the mass air flow sensor. Install the new part by reversing the procedure.
