Oil and Oil Filter Change on Mercedes SLK R170

Hello everyone! Today, change the oil on the Mercedes SLK R170, using a 5W-30 lubricant as recommended for this model. Before draining the oil, open the bonnet and remove the engine cover, then unscrew the oil filter as shown in the video. Now, lift the car and remove the lower engine splash shield by unscrewing its fastening bolts, allowing you to unscrew the bolt that serves as the drain plug for the oil. Collect the oil in a container and measure the quantity, then refill the same amount from the upper reservoir.
