How to Remove the Intake Manifolds from a Mercedes C-Class W203 Diesel

Model: Mercedes Classe C W203 - Years 2000-2007

Today, you will learn how to remove the intake manifolds from a Mercedes C-Class W203 Diesel. First, open the hood of the car and remove the engine protection covers. Next, remove the relay located in the trunk (on the left) and disconnect the intake hose by loosening the clamp with a T20 Torx wrench. At this point, remove the screws to take off the missing piece and disconnect the electrical connector of the throttle body by unscrewing its screws. Finally, remove the injector rail to access and remove the manifolds!
