Remove the Roof Panel on Mercedes E-Class

How do you remove the panel from the Mercedes E? Let's go through the disassembly of all the necessary parts for removing the roof panel. Remove the fastening screws for the side handles attached to the sides of the roof, then remove the sun visors and the overhead lighting assembly. Remove the trim panels on the sides of the trunk to access the roof panel. Once all the cover plastics and overhead lights are removed, detach the cover panel around the perimeter of the car's roof. Once the panel is free from clips, you can pull it out from inside the cabin. Reinstall all the trim pieces after securing the new cover panel.
