How to remove the side window from inside the door? Let's see how to take off the side window after removing the door panel. Remove the screws located in the upper lever area of the door opening and the screws in the handle (after removing the plastic screw covers). Remove the trim near the lock, unscrew the remaining screws on the door panel, and detach the retaining clips. Grip the panel with your hands and pry it away from the door. Access the tracks that hold the glass and unscrew the retaining screws.
