How to Replace the Auxiliary Battery in the Mercedes-Benz ML350 W166?

The auxiliary battery of the Mercedes-Benz ML350 W166 is located in the boot. If you need to replace it, open the tailgate and you will notice a small plastic insert on the right with the label "12v" and a small flap underneath. From here, you can access the battery, but to proceed with the removal, you must first take out the boot floor, then remove the lower plastic trim by unscrewing the single Torx screw near the hinge. This will create enough space to move the right panel covering the battery, allowing for replacement. Disconnect the terminals and remove the bolt using a 10mm spanner.
