To replace the auxiliary battery in a Mercedes ML 350, open the rear hatch of the car to access the components inside the boot. On the right side, there will be a panel that needs to be removed by unscrewing the fixing screws. Once this panel is removed, you will have access to the components underneath: here is the auxiliary battery, which can be extracted from its housing after disconnecting the power cables. This allows you to insert the new battery and reattach the side panel of the boot.
