Removing the Outer Mirror Cover on a Mercedes M-Class

Removing the mirror glass is very simple on the Mercedes M-Class: as clearly shown in the video, lever it from behind and then disconnect the connector while pulling it out. At this point, proceed to remove the cover by unscrewing the now exposed screws since you have removed the mirror. Leverage the gaps in the cover to detach it as shown in the video. Follow the reverse order for fitting the new cover and mirror. As you can see, this is a very straightforward task, even for less experienced mechanics. Good luck!
