Start by pressing the small button on the back and extracting the emergency key. By pressing the same button, unlock the rear cover by sliding it outward, as shown in the video. Finally, extract the small drawer containing the battery, replace it while respecting the polarity, reinsert the drawer, the rear cover, and the emergency key.
