How to Reset the Mercedes GLC Radio?

If the Mercedes GLC radio is frozen and you cannot give commands, you need to unlock it by performing a soft reset. To perform the soft reset, press the buttons located on the center console. Specifically, you need to hold down the button with the star and the one labeled TEL for a few seconds. By holding them down for about ten seconds, the radio will undergo a soft reset and unlock, allowing you to use it. After the reset, you can turn off and turn on the instrument cluster; this procedure can be repeated whenever the screen freezes.
