In the event of damage to the side skirt, it is suggested to replace it rather than repair it since, being made of plastic, the replacement is not very expensive and the repair may not be particularly precise. Replacement is extremely simple as the miniskirt is fixed with pressure clips and interlocking tabs; before proceeding with the disassembly, however, the internal door sill lining, the gasket and the external door sill lining must be removed. At this point, extract the pressure clips at the front and rear wheel arches and completely unhook the miniskirt along its entire length; then apply the new one.
