Removing the Side Mirror on a Mercedes C-Class W204

To remove the external rearview mirror, first tilt the mirror as far forward as possible. Flip the mirror backward and detach the glass from its support with a firm motion. Remove the rear connectors. Now, take off the turn signal by unscrewing the three highlighted screws in the video. This will detach the frame. Unlock the retaining clip that holds the upper and lower parts of the mirror together: this will also release the turn signal. Inside the cover, there are two screws that secure the turn signal, allowing you to detach it. After opening the window, disconnect the speaker housing and its connector. Remove the foam padding contained in the speaker. Take off the cover above the control module in the driver's door. Here, you will find connectors, where the two upper white ones belong to the mirror. Loosen the cables. Now, the mirror is held in place only by the three screws on the speaker triangle. Remove them and pass the wiring harness through. The removal of the mirror is complete.
