Operation: How to reset the maintenance warning light on the Mercedes C-Class

In this video we will see how to carry out a maintenance reset on a Mercedes C-Class. First, let's make sure that all the car doors are closed, then turn on the instrument panel and hold down the telephone button on the steering wheel and immediately afterwards we also hold down the ok button at the same time until the message "ASSYST PLUS" appears on the display, click on it and select the "General maintenance" item. Once you enter it, click on "confirm maintenance" and then confirm that maintenance has taken place. Finally we just have to start the engine and check the correct reset of the warning light.

How to replace the Ford Transit key battery

Below I will explain how to replace the remote control key battery on the car, take a small screwdriver and pry the rear part of the remote control, (where there is the ring), at which point unhook the back cover and yes will have access to the compartment containing the battery. Always with the help of the small screwdriver, proceed to make the va and lift the battery out of the housing. Then take the new battery (check the type) and place it on the housing, always making sure to position it with the positive pole facing upwards. Finally, close the back cover by re-hooking it to the key.
