In this tutorial we can see how to remove and replace the Mercedes E-Class handle sensor, an operation to be carried out in the event that the lock of that specific door shows signs of malfunction. First of all we move the internal gasket near the lock in question, then unscrew the bolt placed inside the hole just released with a Torx T20 wrench. Once this is done, we grab the block, extract it from the handle and disconnect it from the connector. To remove the sensor we will necessarily have to cut the supports to which it is attached, and then fix the spare part with a plastic clamp.
