Door Window Adjustment

In convertible cars, adjusting the door window is essential to prevent water ingress and those annoying wind noises: the window is completely cantilevered since the door does not have a support pillar for the window itself; to carry out the adjustment, first remove the door panel: start by removing the triangular plastic cap behind the rear-view mirror, then the one immediately below it, unclip the cover of the internal handle, and remove the screws located beneath the clips; then unclip the pressure fasteners and remove the panel by disconnecting the connectors and the lock cable. Next, remove the soundproofing panel, lubricate the sliding mechanism, and adjust the limit screws to set the stops.
