In convertible cars, adjusting the door glass is essential to avoid water infiltration but also those annoying rustles: the glass is in fact totally cantilevered since the door is not equipped with the glass support pillar; to perform the adjustment it is first of all necessary to remove the door panel: start by removing the triangular-shaped plastic cap behind the rear-view mirror, then the one immediately below it, unhook the cover of the handle of the interior handle and remove the flaps underneath of which there are the fixing screws; then release the pressure locks and remove the panel by disconnecting the sockets and the lock cable. Then remove the sound-absorbing panel, lubricate the sliding mechanism and intervene on the special adjustment screws to adjust the limit switches.
