In this video, you can see where the power steering fluid filter is located in the Mercedes E-Class, an element that should be replaced whenever the fluid itself is changed. As shown, the filter is located inside the pump of the system, which is positioned right in front of the engine. To replace it, first open the top cap, then remove the central stem using a 10mm socket wrench. Once that is done, grab the filter with a hook, pull it out of the housing, insert the replacement, and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
