Operation: How to replace the headlight on the Mercedes Vito

To replace the headlight of the Mercedes Vito, we start by opening the bonnet by holding it up, with a torx t30 key, unscrew the upper screws of the mask, while with a cross screwdriver we unscrew the lower screws (between the bumper and the plastic underneath the lighthouse, one on the right and one on the left) and remove the mask. Once the mask has been removed, with the pliers we release the spring that holds the direction indicator light, remove it and disconnect the connectors; once the direction indicator has been removed, disconnect the headlight connectors and the rear tube of the headlight with the pliers, then unscrew the headlight screws with a torx t25 key. We pass the bulbs from the old headlight to the new headlight: remove the cover spring, remove the cover, disconnect the connectors of the bulbs, remove the springs, remove the bulbs, also remove the one from the position. Having removed the bulbs from the old headlight, we take the bulb from the position, put it on the new one, put the low beam and high beam bulbs; we hook the springs and connect the connectors; put the lid on and hook the spring. We position the new headlight, tighten the screws with the torx t25, connect the rear tube, spray contact spray on the plug, spray with compressed air and connect it to the headlight; we spray electrical contact spray on the direction indicator plugs by connecting the connectors and rehooking the spring; now with a cross screwdriver position the lower screw of the mask first on the passenger side (with the mask slightly removed) and then secure it with the other screw, with a torx t30 key screw the upper screws, close the bonnet and check the correct operation of the headlight.
