If you notice that the window moves sluggishly when going up and down, the first step to improve the situation is to lubricate the mechanism: to carry out this operation, you must remove the door panel and the underlying plastic cover; then connect the switch to operate the mechanism and access the sliding parts, namely the sliders and the rack; once grease is applied, raise and lower the glass and lubricate again if necessary until the movement improves. It may also be useful to lubricate (not with grease but with wax) the window seals on the door pillar where the glass slides.
