Follow these main steps to remove and replace the instrument cluster of the Mercedes A-Class. First, get inside the vehicle and use a thin, pointed tool to insert into the small side holes of the instrument cluster; then pull it out to remove it from the dashboard, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the electrical connectors found on the back, removing and replacing the instrument cluster with the new one; apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!
