How to Reset the Oil Change Light on the 1999 Mercedes C230?

In older car models like those produced in 1999, resetting the oil change light is not as straightforward as in newer vehicles. However, this does not mean you cannot do it yourself without going to a mechanic. To start, insert the key and turn on the instrument panel while simultaneously pressing the button located at the bottom left of the display (the lowest of the three) twice. Then, turn off the ignition and turn it back on while holding down the aforementioned button until a beep indicates that the reset has been successful.
