To remove the door panel of the Mercedes A-Class, use a tool to pry off the trim located just below the window switch panel. Under the trim, you will find some mounting screws that need to be loosened and completely removed.

This will allow you to start detaching the panel by releasing all the clips underneath. By disconnecting the connectors located beneath the panel, you can completely remove it to replace it with a new part.
