Today's guide will show you the necessary information on how to replace the timing belt on the Mercedes A-Class 1.5 CDI. The manufacturer recommends replacing the belt every 5 years or 100,000 miles for the first replacement. So, lift the vehicle and start by removing the right front wheel and the wheel well. Remove the crankshaft pulley and the accessory belt. At this point, remove the engine mount and the pipes above it, gaining access to the timing cover. Replace the belt and reassemble everything, following the video tutorial until the end!
