To reset the Service light on the Mercedes SL, you need to turn on the instrument panel by turning the key in the ignition block. Once the panel is on, you can navigate through the menu using the directional arrow buttons on the left side of the steering wheel. When the service item appears with the remaining kilometers until the next service, you can hold down the button in the center of the dashboard. This will reset the Service light and restore the maintenance interval.
